Items purchased from www.itrainiwin.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns purchased from itrainiwin.com . All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. A small number of discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange. Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of what you paid for the returned product excluding the price of shipping.
If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we ask that you return your original items for a refund and place a new order through itrainiwin.com.
